Honestly, you should get sheet straps then. They are elastic straps that go under the bed to pull the sheets in. You can adjust them to make them the looser and tightener, and there's a bunch of different styles. This way you can stick with the sheets you like because of the material, but also have them be tight and clean.
I have them - but they are a slight pain in the butt. Plus, when house keepers come - they lose or don’t take them off and they end up in the wash. I have to believe there are great fitted sheets out there.
Honestly - I would measure your mattress and then specifically look at the dimensions of sheets before you order them. We have some cheap sheets from Costco that fit our king great and then fancy ones from Restoration Hardware that are too loose and hang off the sides, despite both being “king sheets.” I think you just need to make sure the ones you’re ordering will fit your specific mattress.
Brand wise - parachute, brooklinen, boll & branch all have great quality if you want more luxurious.
Also highly recommend percale sheets if you tend to get hot - we fell for linen due to the hype and they were sweltering to sleep on 🥵 Switched to percale and it’s been great 👌🏽

I second the Costco (and Sam’s Club) sheets! Way better than other pricey ones I’ve spent on. Generous and well-fitting sheets.

Brooklinen is solid. Hear good thing about Primary goods and coyuchi
I need deep sheets. My mattress plus topper make it thick. Who sells those?
