Hey Citi folks, i have two offers as below with joining in Aug.
Citi bank - 59 LPA, VP, Tech stacks- Java, Python, spark, microservice, Kafka, Deltalake etc.
Tsystem(Douetch telecom as client) - 53 LPA(Fixed), tech stack- Java, microservices etc.

Tsystem is know for work life balance, one trip to Europe one a year but average hike.

I would like to know about Citi, please let me know if is it worth to join citi for 6 lacs extra?

Getting an opportunity to move from ZS Associates India to IQVIA UK. Can’t compare the pay because they are quite far apart (ZS pays much more than IQVIA). Thoughts on moving from ZS to IQVIA in the long run?

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?

Are there any affordable studios in Seaport (~$3000)? I don’t need amenities or anything. I just want to be within a mile of my office (near Shake Shack).

Anyone else getting pretty harsh feedback on your candidacy as a whole from Maria at applicant lab? I feel like I have a doable shot at my target schools based on gpa, gmat and essays but every time she reviews she suggests I have no chance. It’s been pretty discouraging.

Did anyone else make the move here from the US? Thoughts so far?

I will resign in coming few days. I want my notice period to be reduced from 60 day to say 30days. I am not occupied in client project currently. My question is to whom should I talk to get my notice period reduced? What is the process?
