Hey everyone, I got an offer from Infosys Consulting and about to get an offer from Marsh Mclennan as well. I am not sure which one would be better in terms of work life balance, variable pay, growth opportunities etc. If anyone have any insights they can will be of great help.
Infosys Consulting - Senior Consultant (24 LPA fixed + 6 LPA Variable)
Marsh Mclennan - Senior Manager (Approx 26 LPA fixed + 10% variable)

What works be the onsite salary for JL6? Few posts i read days 42k, few other posts mention 110k..
