I’m planning to start trying for a kid in about a year, but I’m honestly terrified about how it may impact my career growth just as I’m gaining momentum. Looking around my agency, I only see two female creatives with kids, and both had them after reaching leadership roles.
Has anyone navigated this earlier in their career? Did you feel it impacted your growth opps? Thanks in advance!
