Wells Fargo Workday status still “Interview” — what does this usually mean?

Completed Round 1 and Round 2 interviews by the end of November. Workday status has stayed at “Interview” since. I’ve sent two polite follow-ups to HR with no response yet and also contacted but there was no response from them. In practice, does this status + silence usually mean still under consideration, or is it often a quiet rejection? Looking for real experiences.

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. At what point are you too specialized to lateral to internal audit?
