How to take minutes of meeting while in a call which is not being recorded and that too with full technical jargons. The non tech person has to consolidate and send it across, while he's not understanding much out of the meeting.

Please suggest ways how to tackle this situation.

Is it Bad to change Sector from 'IT' and moving into the same profile (PMO Support) but with the 'Investment Banking sector'?

Some people says once you move out from IT sector, there is no chance getting back to it. Is this really true?
