I'm interviewing for Sr Product Design positions & each interview is 30 minutes to share 2 case studies. With only 12 min/case study (I eat up some time introducing myself & setting up the work), does anyone have advice on what to make sure I show? It's so hard to hit all the points they I'm trying to hit: problem definition through user research, wireframes, design exploration, usability tests, prototypes, final designs, red lines, engineering handoff, KPIs. Any advice or examples?

I have been teaching students with special needs for 21 years now. The class size used to be 12:1. Now it’s 15:1, but you can have up to 18 students with the variance. Now my Principal said that you can have up to 19 students!!!! Is anyone else noticing that the self contained class is getting larger?

Do referrals at Google expire? I applied to a few roles and the email I got back said they would notify the person who referred me of my status (didnt get the roles). Current apartment 2780/month: not moving = no brokers fee, brand new sparkly kitchen with new appliances, two parking spots, spacious bonus room, forced air AC, baseboard heating that costs $400+/month in the winter bc of bad insulation, kind of gross bathrooms with some tiles hard to clean/falling out of the walls, lots of small fixer-upper items like replacing curtain rods where the nails seem to be coming out from their holes, etc.
