I have submitted needed docs to HR as per request. When can I expect salary discussion/ offer letter?

I received offer letter from Accenture mentioned joining date is 1st-Oct-22 as I had told them that my notice period is of 3 month,Later I got to know that it is 1 month as i am still in probation. So I asked them to give early joining.

HR told me to put resign and let him know my LWD and as per that he will send revised offer letter.
My last working day is 20 July. Still I haven't received revised offer letter.


Can anyone pls suggest what should I do?

Will they provide early joining?

Firm will file (premium processing) for my H1-b extension to support my ongoing Perm process (no I 140 yet). Once i have the extension, will I be able to switch to another firm with just the extension and no i140 ? I assume my perm will restart in new place if they agree to ? anyone has done this?
