Hey folks, I am planning to move to US soon. Being an HR India for about 8+ years Im not sure how I should start finding a job in the US. I have SPHR certification. Any jobs in Business partnering, recruitment, HR Ops, HR Analytics is what Im looking for. Can anyone suggest what are the chances and how much time would it take.

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks
