Protein powder isn’t healthy in and of itself - and honestly most people don’t need it. Only take if you’re trying to bulk (or possibly if you’re vegetarian and need an addtl protein source). Would focus more on eating vegetables/fruits/Whole Foods if eating healthier is your goal

I’ve been taking the Vegan Protein from Whole Foods lately and really like it! I take it after my workout with water / milk depending on how I’m feeling

I recommend strong coffee before workout. Will give you the drive to work harder

You don’t need all that, be aware of calories in smoothies. If you want energy without the jitters..Go on Amazon “BCAA Energy”, supposed to be used post workout bc it has amino acids but I use it pre work out to give me a steady energy boost.
