For over 15 years I held customer support roles in a variety of industries. At the same time developing skills in other areas; such as being ordained as a Zen priest and receiving an Integral Coach certification. After being laid off in May, I decided to pursue my coaching business full time.

So tired of this company. Like why is it so hard to keep us in the loop with training for new services and changes that are coming our way. I love working with my coworkers, but I’m afraid it’s time to make some tough changes because this business model of using outsourced companies to handle customer service isn’t working.
