TCS is offered 31 LPA currently working in oracle, wfh but team is been so toxic bcoz team works that way.
Ctc 20

TCS notice is period 3 months.

I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me.
