Hey guys ...I got a offer letter from Wells Fargo on April 3rd and was supposed to start training April 22nd, that didn't happen as Wells Fargo said that they are verifying my background. I did a background check which comes back clean so I am not sure why it's 2 months now and I am still waiting to begin training 😭😭

Anyone here apply at the age of 25 with three years of experience? How did it go? Wish you would have waited? Is there a significant advantage to waiting a bit longer?

Didn't have top grades, wasn't on law review. Worked at a midsize firm and was laid off in march-- have about 3 years experience in a hot practice area. Have been applying and had some interviews at larger shops but nothing has come of it. I'm still applying to roles (not many out there) in my area but coming to the realization based on number of larger firm rejection letter that I may not find a role. Compliance question here, I have always thought of the SALT deduction on the fed return as a perm item & have treated as such in such sch M-3. I see that some people put it as a temp on sch M-3. What is the justification for treating it as a temp on the M-3. You don’t set up a deferred on the def RF for the state tax deduct & it is also a rate impacting item (I know that some temps can be rate impacting). But this all leaves me to side with perm. Does anyone know the logic behind temp treatment?
