Hey Guys, I have a overall experience of 3+ years, I recently asked my company to assign me on a DevOps role as I was more interested into it. It's been nearly 6 months, I don't see any growth & I don't enjoy the work in my company for the Devops project, I want to switch to Devops role as this is my first switch, how can I get the hands-on realtime exp in Devops projects & how can I gain the exp, & which resources to follow & how to prepare for the interview.. I couldn’t get an internship while in school. I have a BS in ME and projects from school under my belt. I’ve also passed the FE exam. I’ve been mostly just doing CAD for a company for the last year by creating minimally dimensioned drawings and moving parts around in assemblies. I want to evolve in my career and be doing more. I worked so hard to earn my degree and I feel like I’m not even using it. But who will hire me?

Will Deloitte india revise offer based on the current offer?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

Is it a good decision to ask Deloitte india for a revision?

An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

Have three offers from Shell, BP and Airbus for IT service delivery role.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

Big 4 alum - was looking at SAP on Aws opportunity in AWS - do I need to do AWS cert to qualify ? Also, for program manager do I need a specific certificate too? Have 10 yrs of sol arch exp in data and analytics as well as PN experience in Big 4.. please help
