If I have 21 RSUs vesting may 21 but another job offer (not from a FAANG but from a Series D SaaS), could I ask new company to “buy out” my RSUs? Anyone fish here who has left Cognizant in year 2022 , did they payout for more than 5 unused vacation days? I left CTS with 12 unused vacation days and they pay me only for 5 days , citing recent policy changes. But I thought that policy will be applicable for vacation accrued in 2022.Cognizant

Absolutely, it's reasonable! I've done it between my three different companies I've been at. It's nice to have that "extra vacation" time between to decompress from one gig to the next.
