I'm about to join in Standard Chartered Standard chartered gbs , during hr discussion she said that there will be 20 days of leave in which 10 mandatory holidays and 10 casual leaves... And for sick leave max of 2 continuous leaves can be taken...

Can someone pls clarify this? How many casual and how sick leaves per annum?
