I don't know you but I think first you should verify the number from your side because in this Changed Hiring Process the scams are also increasing and you can also try to find The Northern Trust official id or try to find the associated people and if you able to find there mail id then tell them about your ongoing Interview Process and ask for status after the Interview Rounds or Stages you have passed.
Yes I have tried all things but they also can't able to directly connect to HR mentioning. Also no official mail ID or anything there for me to contact other than waiting.
If you can find a way to connect someone please tell me.

Ok I understand but keep trying take follow up and as per your message I feel that it is a very close chance so keep on trying till your application is showing as active on Career Site first try follow ups after a significant weeks time and then try sending a LinkedIn Message if possible without a Connection Request if you don't know then prior other things is try to find other Hr's from that organisation and try to connect with them and another the last way of needed is try to find the general mail id of that organisation send mail and they probably tell you the correct mail id of not correct and then send mail.

Ok but try connect with the Concerned Hr and ask them about your current situation try to find mail Id's for that particular Organisation to address your concern but that is other level type of follow up but primarily contact the Concerned Hr and I don't know you but you can ask them or ask for further assistance by showing them what status you are seeing currently on a particular career Site for your application.

Another thing you can do is connect or send a message to Hr at 9:30 am or before 12:00 pm any weekday for maximum Visibility and same timming for mail

Also Try to identify that International Call you got and then Check the person on LinkedIn and if it is legitimate then try to send message on LinkedIn without Connection Request to that person if possible.
