The irony of people in the business of communications being terrible at communications…
It really depends on your area of expertise and the actual teams themselves and how they are led. There is no one agency that is doing this well across the bard since it’s subjective and dependent on many variables.
It really depends on the people versus the agency. My best and worst experiences were at Weber.

Amazing team. But horrible clients so communication is broken.
You realize that this is just an inherent feature of human behavior in groups, right? And not something that’s created by “good” or “bad” culture?
