Hey Guys, what do you think of Generative AI eating human jobs. ChatGPT for example can solve most NLP related tasks, can write good and optimised codes, and the list of tasks is long. Being a Data Scientist, I am kind of scared of this tech, and the only thing that will concern organisations, is cost of running these applications. Apart from that, it has lot of potential to reduce jobs from market, not eliminate. What do you think of it.

Genuine question - why do people slide into DMs on here? Why would you spend time trying to get to know someone when there’s like a 1% chance you’re in the same geographical area and would have mutual interest in each other? Is it not better to spend your time on tinder or bumble to find people that are guaranteed to be nearby if you’re bored?

Got 6 lakh jump in HCL with technical specialist role ? wanted to know how HCL is doing with regards to SAP projects? I heard it has more Support Projects, is it true? I see variable pay is 4.4 lacs how this works? I heard they use some application to monitor resources hours in front of laptop? is this seriously monitored? Once resources completes all his deliverables being 9 hours infront of laptop is still mandatory?
