I recently started a local store visit campaign but it’s not allowing me to optimize towards store visits. My Google rep doesn’t know what she’s doing I swear, she’s not had any answers and she’s the one the recommended we utilize this ad type. Any ideas why it’s not letting me optimize towards this? Get directions is what I currently have it set as and we are getting conversions but we really want the store visits. Thanks so much!!

Hi fishes I’m currently working with webdriver io with Javascript since past 4 months alone with manual testing, currently I have one year of complete manual testing and 4 months of automation + manual testing, I want to crack outside interviews and need suggestions on how to prepare for interviews and suggest me if I need to continue with webdriver io or try to switch into selenium Java

Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? I feel like being an account person is especially difficult in the COVID era since so much of what we do is manage communications, ensure the team is set up well etc. None of this feels particularly fun alone staring into the void of Zoom all day ... but the same pressure is still there. I feel like I spend every week counting down to the weekend which kinda sucks.

I work at a service based MNC and resigned recently. I'm getting married within a week and moving with my partner, and won't be able to serve the notice period. My manager says to serve the full notice period or be labelled absconded. I asked the HR whether I will be labelled as absconded if I agree to buyout the shortfall but they're not replying. What to do.
