Happy Valentine’s Day!

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA
PLTR is crushing it the past two weeks.

Bingewatch shows and order takeout. All day.
This is my answer. Food and relaxation is always the answer! I do like getting outside for some sun if it’s nice though so I’ll add in going for a walk.
Would you try a deep meditation? It can be frustrating to follow if you're a complete beginner but the way it makes me feel has no explanation. If not, I always read a fiction book to just take my mind off things and feel like there are other worlds I can be part of that isn't just about numbers and colleagues I can't stand.
Orrrr… you could read some good old fairy smut? The “A court of thorns and roses” series got me through December 😘

Hot bath with a tv show or movie! Yogurt parfait for dessert is my go to treat at the end of the day.
Just reading this comment makes me want it to be Sunday already
Movie night with tacos! Always does it for me. If you don't want to make the tacos, order from your favorite local Mexican spot. NOT Taco Bell.
For me to recharge from the week would be: listening to uplifting podcasts, journal, do light yoga session, listening to high frequency/tibetan bowls music, watch some good shows, light a candle, drink tea, make a new recipe in the air fryer, and take a social media break for the day.

Bing tv all day in bed and order in. It's the best
I’ve been really enjoying jigsaw puzzles in front of the TV with lots of snacks recently. I’m pregnant and I don’t have energy for anything else lol
My recent go to is spotify playlist - zen spa music playing on a speaker, essential oil diffuser or candle, hot bath with eucalyptus bath salts. After-make some herbal tea and do a face mask of some sort. Typically ill do all this after a 45 min walk or light body weight workout that i do at home (i use workout videos on apple fitness+). But if you arent looking to do activity, just the home spa will do.
When I have a day like that, I like to do something in front of my TV. Puzzle, craft, crochet, sew. Something a step up from full couch potato but a step down from actually getting up and attacking the day.
