👋🏾! What are some insights that can be given to 27 F , African American / West Indian, looking to relocate to the DMV area. Figured DMV is a great place for networking, political science / IR student, but enjoys the education and event coordinator world, AND enjoys good food .

It seems like there are a bunch of really cool new apartment buildings. Probably too expensive to get a1bed but considering finding a roommate to make them affordable. What’s your dream DC apartment building if money didn’t matter?

Trying to move to DC Nov. 1st and I know no one nor do I know any areas (NYC real estate is too crazy and it’s time for a change). Where should a 25 year old woman live?
