When will the holiday calendar for 2022 be published on LMS?

Is Tcs onboarding started in person? My onboarding manager asked me to report to noida for onboarding ,whereas I have asked for gurgaon location and work location on Ibegin also shows Gurgaon. Did she asked for Noida just for onboarding process or the work location will also change to Noida ?

For all you retail people...are you experiencing a very slow holiday season? I am a retail manager and I feel like this season has been freakishly slow. I thought we would at least match last year's number or be up a little bit but we are trending down. I talked to employees of other stores in the mall and they are saying the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this in their market?

Abused and isolated as a kid. I have terrible memory. Like I don’t really remember the past few months except in broad strokes and memories of my childhood are more non existent than existent. I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I am AWS cloud architect with 10yoe. For just 10 days difference they are stopping my offer even when I can join immediately in a week.. Please help in this situation what to do

As well I'm looking for a change into O2C(Billing, Cash Application & Contract Management). I have 5 years of experience in the accounting & auditing field.

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I’m also curious about whether this is something that I should just discuss with my recruiter directly?

I feel like every company lies about “working your way up.” You’re never allowed to blatantly say that you don’t like your position and you’d like to transition to HR or Finance. It’s almost as if once you get in claims, you’re stuck.

If you’re a manager and you see an employee that wants to branch out into a different department, why would you keep them boxed in for 2+ years?

Are there some background mechanics that I’m missing?
