How long does it take to get promoted from senior manager to director. What’s involved?

I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. I work for a small business, therefore I do all the on boarding paperwork/payroll. Any advice is appreciated.

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

Assuming that I'm okay with a salary of 70K and more, and that I really don't want to work at a law firm. Is it going to be difficult for me to return to law with two years of experience and one year working in a legal adjacent role.

It was great until the candidate wants to renegotiate the base and benefits after the current company counter-offered when the candidate no longer sees the future. Yoga folks! I used to do yoga and exercise frequently. Things happened, getting back on the wagon. I'd love to work up to a daily practice even if it's just a few mins - but I do need to incorporate other programming as I've got some covid lbs to lose. For those of you who do yoga regularly, wondering how you incorporate and/or balance your practice vs. other types of workouts or if you mostly do strengthening type yoga in that case.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .
