Hi, Actually i had L2 interview round with senior manager yesterday for S.con role in business consulting Banking Strategy, basically this was PPT presentation, ppt was good though but interviewer was probing too much, so I'm not sure whether I'll get through this.... Had some instances where flow was not that much good.... Can anyone tell what's the possibility of selection in this as next round will be with partner.

Hello Fishes.. Does novartis asks you to do a IBM course before joining? They have asked one of my friend to complete IBM course certification before joining the org.

So I pulled an all nighter on Monday to do this thing, spend Tuesday like a zombie (and I had 5 calls!!!) then on 6PM the senior reviewing my work came back with comments that I needed to turn “ASAP”. I was so tired I just said I would not because I needed to sleep. I sent them today at 1:30 PM.
Would you get mad if your mid-level/junior did that? I’m all for pulling all-nighters and billing but everything has a limit.

How long do firms take to get back to you (first round laterals)?

Had a strong profile in good MNCs earlier.
If I start working in a service based firm in Pune either as Lead Java Developer or Scrum master (9 yoe) , which company has better chances to process onsite after a while.
