I am asked to apply for visa for poland, I have a spouse and kid as dependents. On VFS website, visa slots are different for national visa and dependents..so will i have to book visa slot separately for my dependents or can i take my dependents on my visa date.

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?

Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.

Are there any other deductions apart from this?

My assumption is, we get atleast 68% of our gross. Are there any ways this can further reduce?
