Hi all, does anyone know if they're hiring a business analyst/business intelligence analyst for entry level or early career roles?

For context: I've 2 years of experience in the tech industry as a Business Analyst and Tableau Server Administrator (I don't mind changing industries). I recently graduated with a Masters in Business Analytics.

Leased a new Mercedes and the dealership filed for new registration two months after the purchase. Now the temporary tags have expired and they won’t send me a new one. What can I do in this situation?
