Does anyone know what is the current criteria in cognizant for Associate to SA promotion? Please share if anyone has the idea of the current criteria.

Company A: Offer letter coming in tomorrow, speaking with HR.

It's not an industry I'm interested in, and want to get away from, but my prev exp is related to it (financial). Team is supportive. HM is very persistent in getting me to join.

So far, only offer.

Had final rounds for companies B+C yesterday, waiting to hear back.

& How do you ask for a week's time? I do have final rounds next Wed for company D.

I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? Do international companies provide something else in lieu of a formal offer letter? I know offer letters aren’t legally binding anyhow, but seems they’d provide something. (International = Canada)

Hey Cognizant folks! Good Morning. I have an interview scheduled for front end web developer role 7+ YOE. Any suggestions on type of questions asked would really be appreciated. Is it going to be like a written technical round or more like a verbal one, also how many rounds does it really take to complete the interview?

If I join cognizant 2-3 days prior to joining date, will there be any joining bonus ?

Joining CTS with 19Lpa as SA, will my manager or co workers know my CTC?
If a team has 2 SA, 1 with 8Lpa another with 19Lpa same work experience but lateral entry,
Will the work load varies? Do they assign work according to the CTC???

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Any1 who have joined recently or 6 months back...Could you pls confirm if Cognizant is that negative as discussed in many forum.
