Given this weekend’s headlines, and LinkedIn’s business as usual tone, I set up a women’s circle call this weekend for those of you that are interested in getting together with other women to work through at stuck feelings we may be experiencing.

Looking for some pay range information. I’m a national manager for a home health type setting for Neurodiagnostics. I run 2 departments (EEG technicians and EKG technicians) I have 7 direct reporting managers below me and 100 technicians who umbrella under them and they are scattered across the US. Im in charge of monthly reporting, hiring/firing, assist with recruiting/forecasting where we are having growth, mentor, coaching for development, oversee unit and supply inventory, cont in comments

How far do you require depts be with negotiating commercial contract terms before your legal review? I’m talking routine low value and risk contracts (e.g., vendor services), where Legal terms won’t kill the deal. My clients blindly forward contracts. I say “are you sure this term is ok?” And often get “no.” They’re surprised because they never read them. Checking the temp to see what others experience, what might be normal.
