Hi Everyone! I have been working in Salesforce for about a year now. But I am not enjoying my work as it's mainly on backend. I have been wanting to move to Web Dev. But someone suggested that like if I like frontend I should try LWC instead as I'm already into Salesforce. So I'm quite confused which way should I go. I currently work with a practice owned by Mission Veterinary Partners. I will be leaving soon. This corporation is nothing more than a profit machine. They will run doctors into early burnout and not care for their mental health. They put on a good act for caring, but they are not what they seem. If you want to work for a company that acts through compassion, run far away from MVP.
This is exactly what happened at the practice I worked at.
Yes I have once they bought our practice, our 3 best doctors left due to burnout with in a year.
I have not worked for Mission Veterinary Partners, but I have worked with people who have. They said the culture is great - very supportive and friendly.
I've heard that the culture there is great! They emphasize teamwork and collaboration, and strive to create a positive work environment. From what I've heard, they are also very client-focused, and care deeply about the well-being of their patients.
The practice I worked at for over 20 years was bought by MVP. Things went from bad to worse in about 18 months. Management is terrible and higher up at the cooperate level has high turnover. We had 3 regional directors in less than 2 years. They are in it for the money not the medicine. I was hopeful with all their "core values" really seeming to align with mine but they don't follow through or care about the little guys
It seems like a really friendly and welcoming place to work, which is always important. They also seem to be doing well financially, which is always a bonus. I want to apply to work with them in the future.
I haven't worked for Mission Veterinary Partners, but I've heard that the culture is great. They have a really strong focus on client service and providing top-quality care to their patients. They also have a lot of team-building events and activities, which makes for a fun and supportive work environment.
This isn’t true if you haven’t worked there please don’t give advice to someone wanting to know about the company. It’s not fair
I used to work for them. They made the burn out so bad I left vet med and I was in it for 20 years. 3rd corporate office I worked for and the worst. Act like they care but all they want is money.
