Hello Friends Am working in Presales for past 3 years. Overall 4+years exp. Got offers from pwc n Grant thorton. Pwc offered 9.3 Lpa fixed with other benefits. Grant Thorton 9.75 Lpa Fixed. Pwc one is US shift (6pm-3Am) while GT one is day shift(11Am - 8PM). Considering more ctc n day shift in GT over night shift in PWC. Is it good decision to drop the big 4? PwC Grant Thornton

I have given two technical and 1 manager round at EY GDS for ODI. All rounds cleared. Two days back I attended a client round and didn't hear back after. It went pretty well. Got the confirmation from lti saying that i have cleared all the rounds as senior BA. Since i received confirmation from them i have opted out of all the other offers. But now the recruitment team is saying that the requirement is on hold, we can't release an offer letter.
