Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? All the employees be frustrated that they have to go to office regularly and finish 9 hours somehow, a measured break time is also allocated.

When is it either allowed or seen as OK to start using FTO? I recently started here and while I’m not looking to slack off and take time off, I just want to know how it works. My Last working date at Wipro is 12th of june 2022, So How tax will be calculated for the financial year 2022-2023. My CTC is 8.4L
I will be working only 3 months for this financial year and in April month payslip i can see 6K deducted for tax and in the IT projection it shows around 30k tax deduction gonna happen. I will be joining another Firm in same june month

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

I think I bombed my final round today. Was taken a bit aback with a pure focus on numbers so took a bit of time solving it and in the end interviewer skipped one part of a chart cos she had to move on to other charts. The qualitative case part went well I think. Disappointed in myself!
