Approved by doctor/HR to remain remote and it’s not going over well( we were told we would remain remote, which included giving up our desks, but are now being asked to come in two days). The person who seemed the most annoyed by my request is my direct boss. How often do you all shift jobs?

Have 2 outstanding offers, same rate and benefits. One for senior consultant from Big 4, another for manager from a private luxury brand.

Private sounds like there will be more WLB but I currently have no Big 4 experience. One of my motivations to leave my otherwise comfortable role is for career growth. I'm in my mid 30s, no major family responsibility, just me and my husband so long hours shouldn't really be an issue

1) How is EY India? I have asked people working there and everyone has said positive things about the organisation. Wanted to double check.
