It's the "loves this" for me

After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?
P. S. Current company didn't share updated offer letter to any employee (in fear that employees will switch 😅) Accenture Tata Consultancy Capgemini Deloitte ZS Associates Fractal Tiger Analytics Deloitte USI

I was about to be put in pip in December end and i resigned before formally conveyed. Was guven many advices but i was sure i would get something i finished my 90 days np with no offer yet , i cleared one interview and after documents collection no response, kept interviewing cleared few only to be ghosted entered May- 5months of job hunt no offer and no update on cleared ones. But something changed and i interviewed for a big company and with immediate joiner advantage i got the offer and joining date within a week with 160% hike. So it all depends on your perseverance. Hang in there. I still can’t believe this happened . And cherry on top i got a role which i wouldn’t have gotten for atleast 6-8yrs in accenture.
It’s better to pursue new opportunities quickly. In most cases, a PIP is simply the company’s formal path to termination. Talking to HR rarely changes the outcome — I went through the same process 15 years ago.
Appreciate your honesty. It happens to many people man, you aren’t alone. I’m sure you must have grown now to be much stronger and skilled in the very same aspects they judged you to be bad. Time isn’t the same always. Wish you best and much success.
Better use this time to prepare with exposing yourself as an immediate joiner. If you get anything you can resign immediately and join the new company.
@tataconsultancy one not every one is as lucky as you. I am talking as per my and my network experience.
Yes. But I want to know about the notice period or my release etc. right now I don't have any clarity to talk to other company HRs
You will get the next day's release simple.
That's cos may be u r old resource on the project. I have seen many such cases as well. But if u ron bench and not so dependent resource then u will get immediate release.
HR will have an idea that the employees put under PIP would start looking for jobs. So, there is no point in keeping it a secret.
Just ask your HR, what would be the notice period if you resign before you are put under PIP and what would it be if you resign during the PIP.
And one more thing. Do not doubt your skills based on what others think. If you have the skill, you will get a new job easily. There will be openings after June as most companies would have completed their performance appraisals and employees would resign after getting the bonuses
