I got my EY offer letter on 10th Dec 2024. My DOJ is 10th March. I gave my documents for the BGV as well on dec 31st. Haven't received any further update. just got one mail saying there will be orientation before the onboarding. When can i expect any mail before my DOJ ?

Also need an advice on should i submit the counter offer even if i prefer the first organisation only to improve the salary which is less as offered now?

Promoted to Manager from Senior Consultant 2 in Business Consulting Risk Advisory. Current package is INR 17.5 L fixed with 7.5 years of total work experience. Bonus received is 25%.
