I got pre employments checks verified barring education and employment checks and was allowed to join a week before . Now I am a week old into the company .

I think now back checks in total are completed . Should i inform employer to send me final mail that everything is verified or its okay ,since they would know that already and they may not inform me as I have already joined week back ?

Graduated in April with my PharmD/MBA degrees. I did two great biopharma internships, had my resume professionally edited, perfected my interview skills and started applying to jobs in January. I have talked to 20 plus recruiters maybe 3 have actually gotten me interviews the rest ghost me. I had an amazing interview last week (legit the guy told me they want a 3rd interview and it’s been a week and I texted him and never heard back. What am I supposed to do? Advice on managing up / enduring toxic deal teams? I’m at the point where my stomach drops any time I see something come in from certain people. Everything is behind, client is unhappy, I’m exhausted and simultaneously being micromanaged without guidance on big-picture/substantive issues. I realized a slow pace at work is really bad for me. A couple years ago I was experiencing burn out from my fast paced job supporting transactions, and believed by moving to a slower job in a lower cost area, I would be sailing off to the sunset. Wrong, I spend weeks following up with other teams, often times they forgot what we discussed, so I spent 50% if the time reminding them of the topics and next steps. I spend most of my time writing memos no one will read.
