I got this BGV form to fill. I have cleared interview. But i have not received any offer. Just a vague discussion on what they can offer. I already rejected the number they told and informes them i cant join for the quoted number. I told them i need a higher number. That was the last discussion.
Are they going to contact my current employer if i fill up that form? I dont want them to contact, untill i actually resign.

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

Hi - Is there any cut-off day/date each month, by which Managers need to confirm their choice of Promotions in Workday ? For eg : ESP cycle changes need to be inputted by 15th and are confirmed on the 20th, I have been informed.
