My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? My joining in ibm on 25th August..But I can join 4-5 days early. So I will ask hr to change my joining date 4-5 days earlier. So am I eligible for any joining bonus or can I ask hr about joining bonus? One other company providing the same CTC as IBM but with 1 lac joining bonus extra...TIA
