I have 14 years of experience in mobile domain in which 12 years with IOS and 2 years with flutter technology, but i am searching new job from last 1 year i am not getting good job yet i have good knowledge in swift SwiftUi and objective C . What approach i have to follow next please suggest .

I’m a TPS holder and I have an EAD, I started my job with this and have been working for them for 4 months now. I work at a large nonprofit. TPS and EAD renewal application submitted, and with the new card I’ll be able to work until 2024. I haven’t asked my employer if H1B sponsorships is an option. Is it too early to ask? Should I wait until I build more credibility?
