I’m a TPS holder and I have an EAD, I started my job with this and have been working for them for 4 months now. I work at a large nonprofit. TPS and EAD renewal application submitted, and with the new card I’ll be able to work until 2024. I haven’t asked my employer if H1B sponsorships is an option. Is it too early to ask? Should I wait until I build more credibility?

I accepted an offer from another consulting firm and my H1B visa has also been transferred. I have not joined the new role yet. However I had been interviewing with another firm and expecting an offer I know this is not the best practice but is it allowed to accept another offer even though H1 transfer has been approved through another employer?
