Now I got an offer with 20 lpa (round up) and around 5 lpa as variable. But they are asking me to join a branch from the other state and is offering only 30k for that.
My appraisal is going to happen this month and I am yet to receive the hike letter from my current company.

What should I do?

It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I was interested to go CA but scared in terms of job security, economic slowdown and a big change. Is it worth going to CA on contract basis job declining the full time opportunity in India.
