My manager scheduled a feedback conversation and I know it's bc I've made some noticeable mistakes lately due to moving too fast, not being able to focus, racing thoughts, etc. I'm seeing a therapist about whether I have ADHD and if so, what tx looks like; we started the intake process which will be continued in my 2nd appointment, which is after the feedback convo meeting. Is it worth telling my mgr something eg I recognize the careless mistakes and I'm in the process of seeing tx to help?

Hi Guys,

I interviewed for TCS on 18th of September and got a mail to upload the documents later on that day itself. But after uploading the documents there is no further communication from their end.
Any idea how much time they’ll take to revert ?

Have a start date coming up and need to give notice ASAP to make my start date. Just got a call from HR saying I passed my background check but nothing officially in writing. Do I wait or can I give notice tomorrow?

For those of you that currently pay 30% of gross income towards rent, do you still have money to save? I’m moving to NYC and am used to paying only 15%. Pay is now 125k base so I’m looking for apartments around 2800-3k

Have an acquaintance who is a single mom; she purchased a used car 3 mos ago. Six wks later her 17yo wrecked it, air bags deployed, and estimates have ranged between $10-$18k in needed repairs while $21k is still owed. Acquaintance was switching insurance policies and flubbed the coverage dates and there were a few days where the vehicle was uninsured. No GAP insurance. I'm not seeing many options for her besides to continue pmts, fixing just enough to drive or voluntary repo. Thoughts?

I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. I’m considering debt consolidation, specifically a company called National Debt Relief which seems legit but I’m just so hesitant because I’m scared to make my situation worse. Or a personal loan to pay off all the CC debt and then have a smaller all in one payment. I’m intelligent and I work in finance, it’s so embarrassing. HELP.

How long does it take to get an offer letter once the mail offer is discussed and thru..I have been waiting for more than 10 days but there is no approx. TAT indication

During the pandemic I dove into my self care (found a therapist, learned I was having seizures and got on meds for that). My journey has been difficult and not pretty to watch. Somewhere along the line I feel like my fiancé saw too much. I no longer feel like romantic parters and instead feel like we have a “caretaker/patient” type relationship. I don’t feel sexy or attractive anymore. I talked to him about this and he feels bad. But I feel guilty for bringing it up. Anyone else had this issue?
