Tagline for award shows post COVID
Black women made the career switch from corporate America to entrepreneurship during Covid-19. While it appears entrepreneurship was deemed a necessity, Black women were the largest group of new business owners closely followed by Latina women. These businesses have high growth potential but why is access to finding still a barrier?

personally, i would never have a category of “pharma directors” as it should be about they type of creative, not the category of client. it is great to have a production partner that understands the needs of pharma (regulatory, supers, etc) but that is something the agency needs to manage.
better to look for a director who is appropriate for they type of work (live action, testimonials, animation, dialogue, etc.) and IF they have pharma experience, great.
+1 on this response, it’s exactly what I was going to say. Certain types of work require niche specialists, like food or liquids tabletop work. But Pharma isn’t really a specific category as far as filmmaking goes; just select the right director based on what the creative calls for, and explain all the Fair & Balanced requirements you production and post houses as part of the briefing.

Appreciate this, thanks.
I had a great experience with West Sarokin at The Mill. Agree though, not really specific to “pharma directors”
To the extent that there are certain ways of working it might be important to ask if a director’s production company has experience with pharma, because you might need different types of support. And think about both a director’s filmmaking skills (apparent on a link) as well as his/her collaborative skills...which can require a deeper dive.
Clarification, I should have said a pharma job has come up, interviews with patients and doctors, real people basically, and I’d love suggestions. Agreed pharma is a big category and can encompass many things. Any further suggestions then? Thank you.
