I have a question related to PF. I’m working in HCL and hcl has trust where they deposit the pf amount of employees. I’m part of the pf scheme and my service history is not showing on the EPFO portal. I raised ticket for the same and they said they does not update service history on epfo since they are depositing pf amount to a trust. I’m afraid for that because now a days companies check service history of employees through epfo. If anyone came across same situation please help me.

Just landed a full time gig, looking to get some furniture so I’m not working on my parents’ kitchen table during this remote period. Any recommendations for desks and chairs? I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped.
