Start driving ALONE on an empty road )
Try reverse, turns, changing of lanes
First learn parking in ur street. If u make it work even in 30 mins it's fine.
Take the car and go on empty or less traffic roads on 1st,2nd gear.. drive with 20-30 speed and observe 3 mirrors (left, right, and up) frequently..
U will gain 100% confidence.
I learnt like this, before this I too used to think I will never learn car driving
This is the reason I'm choosing automatic car now in Seconds
Take your vehicle to an empty ground for few days and drive as you wish. Then take it to empty roads and drive little careful
Bowl Leader
You will have to practise more with minimal guidance, then slowly move on to zero guidance. In my opinion, you should always have someone with you who knows how to drive just to get you out of typical situations.

I have learned in Lockdown only... Just start driving early morning or some ground or something where no chances of accident...
Don't worry.. this is normal.. i asked my friend to accompany me while driving.. so it became easy.. take courage to take out the car and drive for very minimum distance.. gradually u ll feel better...
