Alright please advise: My first name can be used for both male and female identifying people. In addition, my last name can also be used as a males first name. Let’s just say my name is: Alex John. Often times when people meet me, they refer to me as my last name (John), thinking that I am male. They’ll do this even after I signed my full name to an email (first, last) OR they’ll assume that I’m male from my first name (Alex). Either way I identify as female and I’m bothered by their assumptions

What are peoples opinions on work from home? It seems to be an unpopular opinion but as a junior I despise it. I work 3 feet from my bed, I find the barriers of a phone/email between me and a senior to add a huge amount of stress to my life and I think it’s stunting my career development at my firm because I can’t build relationships as effectively. I’ve never at all had mental health issues before but now am really starting to feel burnt out and anxious most of the time. What do you think?
