1. What is the maximum CTC possible for a C12 position in a data engineering and reporting role?
2. What is the paternity leave duration? Within how much time the leaves need to be exhausted?
3. Anyone else joining on 8th September?
4. Is there any matching share plan in Citi?

So...I started my own company in 2018. Things went off like a ROCKET. Its a small Remodeling company and we specialize in higher end bathrooms and kitchens etc. I love working with my hands. I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.
