Have an offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role. Is this a fair offer? Currently working in event sales/management (social/weddings) and looking to move into a WFH sales role to better accommodate my lifestyle and health. Any suggestions of where to start looking? Desperately need some motivation to stop order taking. If I'm lucky, I'm barely gonna hit 100% this Q. I get a ton of leads and feel like I just need to give them what they want and go to the next. But in reality i do non work related shit for at least 1-2 hours per day. When I WFH, I normally wake up 5 mins before meetings. There's enough time but I'm burnt out having not taken vacation in 6+ years. I can't vacation now. I need to crush numbers and hopefully take some time off in January. HELP

I’m thinking about going from industry , 5 + years experience, to big 4 for higher comp then back to industry at a higher executive level role. Do you think the transition back into the industry (hospital/ acute care setting) from the big 4 would be easy? Does consulting with the big 4 look good enough on a resume to get an executive level role or does staying in the industry make more sense if that’s my long term goal

Let’s take a poll: What do you love/hate about your position in Insurance? I’ll go first:
Florida PIP Litigation 1+yrs at Progressive
Love: WFH, Flexibility of not being “chained to desk” all day because I don’t have to take outside customer calls, ability to complete work assigned at any time of day within 72hrs, no micromanaging from my Supervisor, feeling like I’m my own boss
Hate: getting assigned bulks from others and it throws off efficiency of reviewing suits, monotony, depositions

I’ve worked at Allstate for 4 years as a fast track inside property claims adjuster. When I was brought on, I made $48,000. Now, I make $62,800. Recently, I was offered a role as a coordinated adjuster for $65,800. I heard that the new hires were being paid a much more competitive salary. Would you say this amount is on par with what I should accept?
