I interviewed with JPMorgan on March 11, and within a couple of days HR shared that the feedback was positive and I’m being considered/offered an SDE2 role. However, since then I haven’t received any official offer, call, or email update. It’s now March 27.

Is this kind of delay normal, possibly due to financial year-end processes, or should I be concerned? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Is anyone feeling especially burnt out lately? I’ve had to work weekends for the last month. I know deals are sporadic but it feels like they have consistently ended up this way where I’m forced to work weekends. Getting frustrated because pay has also slowed down.
