I joined HCL tech in July 2024.My First Project was good with my skillset, but duration is short. I thought i will lose my job if i m in bench, so immediately i asked my RM to share my cv .I was selected to client for ansible Devops, but they have deployed to Change Management (Service now } which is not relevant to my skills. My notice period is 3 months and I thought of searching jobs by keeping papers, but couldn't do it due to past experience. Please advise.

Did you join as a Product/UX UI designer and were told that they do UX design research, but later came to know that they just focus on UI part only?

I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
